How do I book a cleaning service?
Booking with Aussie Moppie is simple:

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but we also accommodate urgent requests when possible
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, our professional cleaners come fully equipped with all necessary eco-friendly cleaning products and tools. However, if you have specific preferences or products you’d like us to use, please let us know in advance.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Absolutely. All our cleaners undergo thorough background checks, including police and identity verification. Additionally, they are fully insured, providing you with peace of mind while we care for your home or business
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange a re-clean at no additional cost if the request is genuine.
Can I use NDIS funding for cleaning services?
Yes, we are an approved NDIS provider. If you’re a participant, you can use your NDIS funding to cover eligible cleaning services. Please contact us to discuss your plan and how we can assist you.
